She diagnosed the problem with our 9 year old Samsung dryer which was the wheels that support the drum were starting to slow down or were stuck. They were responsible for creating a grinding sound when the dryer was running making it also move around. Sophia had the parts with her and she fixed it in an hour! My local Appliance Parts store recommended two appliance repair companies. One said to access/replace my french door frig. Defrost Parts in a panel behind the rear of the freezer drawer required disassembly /removal of the drawer, alone costing over $100 extra. The other company, "Fix Appliance Repair' (Sophia) SAID they did not need to remove the drawer, which she did not do to make the repair. So to prevent unnecessary labor, always use Fix Appliance Repair which I continue to do.
